Monday, May 30 is Memorial Day. Although the purpose and meaning of this holiday has changed over the years, the main idea is the same. It is a time for reflecting on and honoring loved ones who are no longer with us. This Sunday, we will reflect on this holiday as part of an exploration of prayer.

Prayer is a fundamental part of Unity. Since its start, affirmative prayer has been key to the Unity mission. The Unity Prayer Ministry, called Silent Unity, prays with people of all faiths around the globe each year. Affirming prayer is one of the many ways that you can pray. Yet, no matter how you pray, the important thing to remember is that you are making a conscious connection to Spirit, the source of all potential and possibilities. Tapping into this Divine connection is a key to Living in the Flow.

Join Spiritual Leader Dennis Ashley for a lesson about the history and significance of Memorial Day and an introduction to prayer as a tool for living in the flow.

Our featured soloist is Mark Soss. He will be accompanied by LeeAnn Aerlyn-Moore, Randy Clark, Dagan Williamson and Laura Wineteer.
