It is hard to imagine that less than a hundred years ago, our understanding of the universe was limited by what we could see from earth. Yet now, we have advanced telescopic equipment traveling beyond our solar system. These remarkable advancements in astronomy are a direct result of Albert Einstein’s Theory of Relativity. This theory explained the predictable law of gravitation and its relation to other forces of nature.

Similar discoveries are being made at the subatomic level. However, these advancements have come with less predictable results. Studying how particles at the atomic and subatomic level interact is known as quantum mechanics. It reveals aspects of particle behavior that defy the predictable physics outlined in Einstein’s Theory of Relativity.

Join Reverend Dennis Ashley this Sunday for a look at the strange world of quantum mechanics and the unusual role of intentionality. This is a continuation of a 3-week deep dive into quantum physics and how it relates to the Spirit of God.
