Quantum Mechanics reveals unusual aspects of particle physics that defy rational thinking. One discovery has a curious parallel to our spiritual understanding of wholeness. It is known as quantum entanglement.

Quantum entanglement is a bizarre, counterintuitive phenomenon. It describes how the interaction between two subatomic particles causes them to become intimately linked to one another. This link is so powerful that it defies distance. Even when separated by billions of light-years of space, they act as one. 

This aspect of quantum particle physics mirrors the concept of wholeness in spirituality. Wholeness refers to our universal oneness with all that is. It is the link that binds us. Therefore, even though we live as individual manifestations, we are all part of a universal whole. In this way, like the entangled quantum particles, we affect one another no matter the physical distance between us.
