Somatic breathwork helps you slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. As you rest comfortably on your mat or chair, you’ll be guided inward through the sacred rhythm of your breath. With eyes closed and body supported, we’ll enter a nourishing embodiment practice that awakens awareness of the body’s natural intelligence and intuitive guidance.

As breath and being begin to expand, we open into connection, release, and authentic restoration. Together, we'll create a sacred space to return to ourselves, to one another, and to the deeper presence of Spirit moving within and through us. Come as you are and allow this time to gently restore and realign you.
