The video recording at the top of this page captures the complete service. The service begins at the mark of the recording.
The audio recording below the video clip is an abbreviated version of the service. It includes the Meditation, Message, and Featured Song, and will be posted after editing.
This month we expand on our mission of Living Love and Uplifting Lives by exploring the subject of service. This topic is not about the idea of obligation or duty, but about finding a place where you can commit yourself to the joyful expression of who you truly are. Together, we’ll look at the spiritual gifts that live within you, the sense of calling that nudges your heart, and the deeper vocation that invites you into a life of meaning and contribution.
Throughout the month, we’ll explore the many ways you can connect and serve within our Unity community. Whether your gifts lean toward hospitality, teaching, music, prayer support, organization, creativity, or quiet behind‑the‑scenes care, there is a place for you to shine.
The intention behind this series is simple: to create a spacious, supportive environment where you can listen deeply, notice what stirs your spirit, and discern what makes your heart sing. As you discover the unique song within you, you’ll learn how that song can be expressed in community, authentically, freely, and with joy.
Join Reverend James Kress this Sunday for a message that invites you to identify your spiritual gifts and asks you to find a way to commit to sharing them.
Wherever you find yourself on your spiritual journey, you are welcome to join in this exploration of service as a pathway to freedom and fulfillment.
Our music ensemble features Julie Croteau, Debbie Raby, and Laura Wineteer on vocals. They will be accompanied by Rita Huber on piano, Judith Pinkerton on violin, and Jim Turner on bass.
