Mark A. Wilson, an ordained minister with the Alliance of Divine Love, is devoted to helping people reconnect with their True Essence. On Sunday, January 19, Mark introduced a subject he calls Awakening. Awakening is the practice of being fully present and engaged in the moment, aware of your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings without judgment. It is about seeing your experiences as they are, rather than being on autopilot. The goal of awakening is to cultivate a sense of calm and clarity in your daily life. It can be practiced through activities like meditation, breathing exercises, or simply paying close attention to your actions and surroundings. Awakening Again builds on Mark’s lesson presentation called Awakening.
