If you temporarily have more, you are faced with two options when you meet people who temporarily have less. You can build a taller fence to keep the less fortunate away or you can build a bigger table and invite them to share in your abundance. Here at Unity, we encourage the practice of building a bigger table. Far too often you hear voices that tell you it's ridiculous to share but it is time to listen to a different voice. As Jesus taught when you help the less fortunate, you are serving God.
