Life knocks at the door of your consciousness in many ways. For example, it might be something that triggers a memory of an experience you’ve suppressed. Regardless of whether it was a mistake or success, a lost relationship, or any other memory, when it knocks you can either choose to ignore it or confront it.

Through it all, you are never alone for you always have the Spirit of God within to help you. So, remain curious and look for the lesson presented within this new situation rather than rushing to judgment. And remember, when life knocks you are better served by welcoming whatever confronts you full-on and with great anticipation.
