This Sunday our Unity Community is welcoming a special guest speaker from our new Sister Church: Unity Centre of Vancouver Island. Like our Unity Center of Spiritual Growth, UCVI is a new congregation formed in 2021 when Unity Comox Valley, Unity of Victoria, and Unity Nanaimo joined together. Their Unity Center building is in Nanaimo, BC.

Our guest speaker this Sunday is Thomas DeSchutter. He is an Associate Minister at UCVI and a frequent Sunday speaker. Currently, he is on a road trip by motor bike to Unity Village in Kansas City Missouri. As he is passing through Coeur d’Alene, he has graciously offered to stop by and share a Sunday lesson with us. Although we don’t know the details, he has offered a teaser. His talk is entitled For the Joy Set Before You.

Thomas is a multitasker at UCVI. In addition to serving as a minister, he also plays in the band and supports the technical team as well. So, in addition to speaking on Sunday, he will also be a guest musician.
