Join Roye Ely after the service for a one-hour session on Sourdough Bread Baking. The class includes a walkthrough of preparing the bread plus written instructions, a demonstration of dough "stretching", plus a list of suggested resources. Roye will also take bread orders for $5.00 per loaf. Proceeds will benefit UCSG. Anyone who pre-registers will receive a loaf of sourdough bread to take home.
