We are living at the dawn of a new era. Artificial intelligence, genetic engineering, and robotics—each of these breakthroughs holds the power to reshape the future of humanity. And remarkably, we are facing all three within the span of a single decade.

Yet just as the world calls for bold, collective decisions—about our relationships, our communities, our nations, and the future of our species—we find ourselves paralyzed by polarization and an inability to truly communicate.

In this insightful talk, Tami Savage will explore how to have meaningful conversations with those who see the world differently than you do. You’ll learn how to move beyond the need to “win” an argument and instead focus on shared purpose. Discover why finding common ground is essential—not just for peace, but for success in every area of life. And most importantly, explore how reexamining your own deeply held beliefs may be the key to finally being heard.
