Virginia Taft has embraced numerous roles throughout her life, including occupational therapist, myofascial release practitioner, author, parent, and Avatar Master. She practiced occupational therapy for over 51 years specializing in helping individuals recover and improve their ability to perform daily activities. She now teaches writing throughout the community. Driven by a passion for fostering personal reflection and growth, she inspires individuals to join her on a journey of discovery—to relate, explore, and ignite inspiration.
