 longest serving First Lady of the United States. One of the things for whi
 ch she is remembered is for saying\, “Do one thing every day that scares
  you.” Her husband\, President Franklin D. Roosevelt also made a famous 
 remark about fear. During his First Inaugural Address\, on March 4\, 1933\
 , in the face of the Great Depression\, he said to the nation\, “the onl
 y thing you have to fear is fear itself.”\nThe concept of fear is primal
 \, and it is part of human experience. This Sunday\, you’re invited to e
 xplore your own relationship with fear\; how it shows up in your life\, ho
 w it shapes your choices\, and how it might become a doorway rather than a
  barrier.\nKnowing fear exists\, the question becomes what to do when face
 d with it. The choice is between facing fear with fear or facing fear with
  love. One closes you off and narrows your world. The other opens you\, so
 ftens you\, and invites you into growth\, authenticity\, and deeper alignm
