New Year Begins
Welcome back!
We are ready to
start another year
with our
fantastic youth. Move-up Sunday is September 7th
between the first and
second services. Please join us and support
our youth as they grow and change.
If your child is
in Sunday school they will start September 7th
with their new class. Here
is some basic information for new and
returning parents. Please fill out a new
registration form for each child. They will be
available at the office or at your child’s
classroom. Please remember to sign your kids
in and out. Making sure your child goes to the
restroom before service starts is a big help
to our teachers. Feel free to call Tami Savage
208-755-1630 if you have any questions about
our youth programs.
Unitots
Babies through age 3. Children may be dropped
off before either service with our caring
staff. This room is right off of the
sanctuary. Please remember to sign your little
ones in and out. If you would like to leave
your older children up to age 10 during second
service you are welcome to do so five minutes
before the second service starts.
Sunday School 9:00 AM
Children will start in the service with their
parents and then after receiving a blessing
from the congregation go to their classrooms
with their teachers. Their time will be packed
with fun, games, crafts and learning. Before
the 9:00 service ends the children will join
us again in the sanctuary. Teachers will bring
forward the sign out sheets and you may sign
your kids out at the front of the sanctuary.

BIG THANK
YOU FROM YOUTH ED!!
All the kids at Unity
would like to give a big
thank you to Nancy Nelson and Loren Walz for
hosting a summer youth ed party at their
wonderful home on the lake. Everyone had a
great time. Nancy and Loren you guys rock!
A special thanks to all the new teachers and
volunteers who have answered the special call
to service for youth. We love you and we
appreciate everything you do!
Want to Change the World?
Help Mentor a Child!
In
talking with many people who have found Unity
church there is one statement I always find
intriguing “I wish I would have known this
stuff when I was younger”. You have a chance
to help children live happier lives! It takes
a village to raise a child and everyone is a
part of that village.
September 28th
is Volunteer Sunday. There
are many opportunities to give to the youth of
our church. It can be as simple as donating
snacks for the Sunday school, driving, or
helping with a special event. Kids matter to
us and to everyone’s future. Check out all the
volunteer opportunities with youth on
Volunteer Sunday or call Tami Savage
